What Does Mac HelpMate help me do?
Mac HelpMate cleans up trash files, cleans out caches, and removes unwanted log files, and can schedule these tasks to run automatically.

HotMacNews app provides you with access to HotMacNews- the premiere Macintosh news and tips support site on the World Wide Web in a special iphone format. After navigating to HotMacNews, you can choose from over 60 news sites (constantly growing) and see the top news in the selected site. You can also choose the classic web version in which you can configure preferences to show up to 8 news sites and display the most current news from each of them. HotMacNews is a free service of Mid Atlantic Consulting, Inc. and available to clients and non-clients.Clicking the support button at the bottom of HotMacNews app provides fast access to support services from Mid Atlantic Consulting, Inc. including email, phone, and IM support. Mid Atlantic Consulting Inc. is a premiere Macintosh, PC, Networking, and Final Cut Pro support company with remote support worldwide and onsite service in DC, Maryland, Virginia and now the West Virginia. Support services are available to clients only. If you are not a current client, the application will assist you in becoming one. Once you are signed up as a client, you will be eligible for pay-as-you-go support for the Macintosh, PC, and iPhone. **All support calls, emails, and IM's will incur Support Charges which will be explained by your support representative.

Instructions
Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard is required. If you’re using Safari, click the download link. When the widget download is complete, show Dashboard, click the Plus sign to display the Widget Bar and click the widget’s icon in the Widget Bar to open it. If you’re using a browser other than Safari, click the download link. When the widget download is complete, unarchive it and place it in /Library/Widgets/ in your home folder. show Dashboard, click the Plus sign to display the Widget Bar and click the widget’s icon in the Widget Bar to open it
