Rates are based on the level of support and response time that you require. Discounts apply for pre-paid retainers and scheduled maintenance. Although emergency support is available any time, nights and weekends are charged at a slightly higher rate. Rates for scheduled maintenance are considerably less and save the trip charge that applies to emergency visits. Maintenance calls can be scheduled as frequently as twice a week or seldom as three months.
